Healthy Back

Healthy Back focuses on spinal organization and decompression. Modern life compresses the spine and pulls posture forward. This class restores segmental awareness, strengthens deep stabilizers, and creates space where tension has accumulated.

Flexible Back

Flexible Back explores spinal extension and fluidity without compression. We open the front body, strengthen the back body, and cultivate extension through length rather than force.
