Foundation

A ballet-informed stretch class focused on posture, hip mobility, and visible elongation. Combines floor-based activation with standing integration to build controlled extension and refined alignment.

Range Progression

A more advanced class that works on increasing range of motion once the body is primed for deeper flexibility work, including splits and bridges. 

Recovery

A class designed to reduce accumulated tension and support recovery. This class is great for both pain management (back, neck, or hip tension) and mental relaxation.
